RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. R-24-904 TO ADD DOT DESIGNING LLC TO THE LIST OF VENDORS AWARDED A CONTRACT TO PROVIDE CATALOG % DISCOUNT FOR APPAREL FOR THE COUNTY OF PASSAIC

WHEREAS, the County of Passaic (hereafter “County”) is a body politic and corporate pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:18-1 and vested with all rights contained therein; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:20-1, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Passaic (hereafter “Board”) is vested with managing the property, finances, and affairs of the County; and
WHEREAS, on October 8, 2024, the Board authorized an award of a contract, under Resolution No. R-24-904, to five (5) vendors for catalog % discount for apparel for the County of Passaic Departments and Institutions pursuant to bid SB-24-013; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. R-24-904 includes a chart containing three columns and six rows; and
WHEREAS, the section of the chart that follows the first column and fourth row is left blank and should have included the vendor, Dot Designing, LLC; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. R-24-904 needs to be amended to include the vendor, Dot Designing, LLC, one of the five vendors recommended by the Superintendent of Buildings and Grounds to provide catalog % discount for apparel for the County of Passaic Departments and Institutions pursuant to bid SB-24-013; and
WHEREAS, this matter was discussed on October 9, 2024, at the Public Works Committee Meeting, and is being recommended to the Board for approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, LET IT BE RESOLVED, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:32-7.12 that the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Passaic authorizes the amendment to Resolution R-24-904 to include the Dot Designing, LLC, as one of the five vendors, to the blank section that follows the first column and fourth row on the chart highlighted on the resolution to provide catalog % discount for apparel for the County of Passaic Departments and Institutions pursuant to bid SB-24-013.
LET IT BE FURTHER RESOLVED, that all other terms and conditions as set forth in Resolution No. R-24-904 remain in full force and effect.
LET IT BE FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk of the Board, County Counsel, Director of the Board of County Commissioners, and Purchasing Agent are authorized to take any other action necessary to carry out the purpose of this Resolution.
