RESOLUTION RATIFYING THE APPOINTMENTS OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AS A MEMBER AND ALTERNATE MEMBER TO THE PASSAIC COUNTY DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2026

WHEREAS, the County of Passaic (“County”) is a body politic and corporate pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:18-1 and vested with all rights contained therein; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:20-1 the Board of County Commissioners for the County of Passaic (“Board”) is vested with managing the property, finances, and affairs of the County; and
WHEREAS, on December 29, 2025, the Board approved Resolution No. R-25-1323, authorizing the creation of the Passaic County Development Review Committee (“Committee”); and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Resolution No. R-25-1323, there shall be five (5) members of the Committee: the County Engineer, the County Planning Director, a member of the Board (appointed by the Board), and two members of the County Planning Board (appointed by the Board); as well as five (5) alternate members: the Assistant County Engineer, the County Supervising Planner, a member of the Board (appointed by the Board), and two members of the County Planning Board (appointed by the Board).
NOW, THEREFORE, LET IT BE RESOLVED, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:20-1, that the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Passaic authorizes the following appointments to the Passaic County Development Review Committee:
1. County Commissioner Michael Ramaglia as a member of the Passaic County Development Review Committee for calendar year 2026.
2. County Commissioner Cassandra Lazzara as an alternate member of the Passaic County Development Review Committee for calendar year 2026.
LET IT BE FURTHER RESOLVED, that the County Commissioners appointed herein are authorized to take any action necessary to carry out the purpose of this Resolution as members of the Passaic County Development Review Committee.
