RESOLUTION ANNOUNCING THE INDUCTEES TO THE PASSAIC COUNTY HALL OF FAME FOR THE YEAR 2026, PURSUANT N.J.S.A 40:20-1, ET SEQ.

WHEREAS, the County of Passaic (hereafter “County”) is a government body incorporated pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:18-1, et seq. and vested with all rights contained therein; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:20-1 the Board of County Commissioners for the County of Passaic (hereafter “Board”) is vested with decision making powers on behalf of the County; and
WHEREAS, in 2017, the County established the Passaic County Hall of Fame, to honor, recognize, and celebrate the County’s heroes and legends; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Cultural & Historic Affairs has nominated the following individuals to be inducted to the Passaic County Hall of Fame Class of 2026, with biographies attached hereto as Schedule A: Pasqual “Pat” Lepore, Terrence “Terry” Duffy, Pat Kramer, Mary Ellen Kramer, Paul Rudd, Gaetano Federici, Mike “King” Kelly, and Richard “Rich” Corsetto; and
WHEREAS, the above-named nominees will be inducted to the Passaic County Hall of Fame, Class of 2026; and
WHEREAS, this matter was discussed at the August 26, 2026, meeting of the Public Works Committee and is being recommended to the Board for approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, LET IT BE RESOLVED, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:20-1, et seq., that the Passaic County Board of Commissioners hereby nominates Pasqual “Pat” Lepore, Terrence “Terry” Duffy, Pat Kramer, Mary Ellen Kramer, Paul Rudd, Gaetano Federici, Mike “King” Kelly, and Richard “Rich” Corsetto to be inducted into the Passaic County Hall of Fame Class of 2026, at the upcoming Hall of Fame induction ceremony in September 2026.
