RESOLUTION TO AMEND RESOLUTION R-25-477,  DATED  MAY 27, 2025, TO ALLOCATE AN ADDITIONAL $6,000.00 TO WILLIAM PATERSON UNIVERSITY FOR THE WILLIAM PATERSON UNIVERSITY TEEN SUMMIT FOR PREVENTION/EDUCATION UNDER RFP-22-005.

WHEREAS, the County of Passaic (hereafter “County”) is a government body incorporated pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:18-1, et seq. and vested with all rights contained therein; and

 

WHEREAS, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:20-1, the Board of County Commissioners for the County of Passaic (hereafter the “Board”) is vested with decision making powers on behalf of the County; and

 

                     WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution R-25-477, dated May 27, 2025, the Board authorized amendment of R-24-1127, dated December 10, 2024, to allocate an additional $6,000.00 to William Paterson University, which will bring the total award amount to $61,270.00 for the William Paterson University Teen Summit; and

 

                     WHEREAS, the purpose of this resolution is to amend same to reflect the correct Resolution number as R-24-1127, which was incorrectly stated as R-24-61127 in the body of Resolution R-25-477, dated May 27, 2025; and

 

                     NOW, THEREFORE, LET IT BE RESOLVED, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Passaic hereby authorizes amendment of R-25-477, dated May 27, 2025, to correct the incorrect Resolution number of R-24-61127 stated in the body of said Resolution and to reflect the correct Resolution number of R-24-1127; and

 

                     LET IT BE FURTHER RESOLVED, that all the other terms and conditions as set forth in Resolution R-25-477, dated May 27, 2025, remain in full force and effect; and

 

LET IT BE FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk to the Board, County Counsel, and the Director of the Department of Human Services are hereby authorized to take the necessary actions to carry out the purpose of this Resolution.
